Paid advertising terms

The product

You buy seven days of display on a named surface I operate. The clock starts when payment is captured. The price is the published rate at checkout.

I do not sell clicks, impressions, followers, traffic, or rank. Vacant spots start now. Occupied spots are not for sale until tenure ends. Renewal appends another seven days.

No refunds

Captured payments are not refunded because you change your mind, dislike the visits, pause the campaign, or no longer want the sign.

Exceptions: I failed to put the placement live; a refund is required by law; or I can verify an unauthorized payment or processing error. A card-network dispute is not a refund I choose to give.

14-day withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

A seven-day placement that starts immediately cannot be unwound after it has run. At checkout you must tick:

I request that the seven-day placement start immediately, and I acknowledge that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal.

Without that tick I will not start the placement and I will not charge. If you buy as a business, the consumer withdrawal right does not apply.

No guaranteed audience

I do not guarantee impressions, visits, clicks, conversions, ranking, or sales.

Content

Creative and destinations must be lawful and suitable for a general audience. I may reject or take down content that breaks these rules. Takedown for breach is not a refund.

You must tick that you control the advertised website or are authorized to promote it. I check that the address is public HTTPS and probe it at checkout. I cannot certify the page for the whole week.

Outages

Brief interruptions do not extend tenure. If I fail to display your placement for a material part of the paid term for reasons on my side, I will extend the term or otherwise make good. That is not a cash refund unless the law requires it.

The version shown at checkout governs that purchase.
